The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They made us feel welcome and were very helpful throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself was also very clean, which is definitely something that I appreciate when staying in a hotel. The meals served were delicious and had a great taste. We especially enjoyed the variety of options available, including a lot of vegetables and vegetable cakes in the buffet.
One of the things that we disliked was that even though we paid for the all-inclusive package, we had to pay for each drink except for water. It would have been better if this information was communicated to us in advance, as it was quite unexpected.
